There can be several reasons behind back pain like age, poor posture, injury,  muscle or ligament strain, arthritis or skeleton irregularities. If you have back pain, sleeping can be hard. It can be a vicious cycle because when you don’t get enough sleep, your back pain may feel worse. A poor sleep position can also aggravate back pain. Place a pillow between your knees to keep your spine in a neutral position and relieve strain on your back.

If your back pain is accompanied by numbness or tingling in the legs, back, or anywhere else in your body, you should get to your doctor right away. TURMERIC AND HONEY MILK ::
Another simple way to treat back pain naturally is- add turmeric and homey to your milk. You can half tablespoon of turmeric to a glass of warm milk and honey according to your preference. Drink this mixture daily. It will also treat joint pain or other pains due to some injury.

 

USE HEAT OR COLD ::
Both heat and cold can help you treat back pain. Ice is more beneficial when the pain is due to some injury whereas heat can help you cure stiff or achy muscles. You can use a heat bag or an ice pack accordingly. If the pain is very severe then you should consult a doctor immediately.
